When is the order cut off for delivery?
When can I expect delivery?
We work with NZ Couriers to deliver your order using premium overnight New Zealand wide shipping. Our delivery day is Thursday between 8am-8pm.
You can select your preferred delivery date using the calendar at checkout.
Can I pick up my order?
If you are a Christchurch local, you can pick up your order free of charge from our Sydenham juicery at 58 Hawdon Street. Your order will be available for pick up on Thursday or Friday.
Please select Juicery Pick Up under Shipping Information in checkout. You can pick up your order anytime between 10.00am - 3.00pm on Thursday or Friday.
Please note we are not open over the weekend for any pickups.
Do you deliver rurally?
We deliver to all locations New Zealand wide, except rural addresses. We use premium overnight delivery and unfortunately, this is not available to rural addresses. If you're rural, please choose an alternative urban address (e.g. a friends/family address, or work address) or alternatively, your order can be delivered to your nearest NZ Courier depot.

Can I have my order delivered on a day other Thursday?
We currently only offer delivery on Thursdays and unfortunately, cannot offer alternative delivery days. We are a small family owned and operated juicery, where we hand craft our orders once per week, and dispatch the day prior to your selected delivery day.
Can I change my delivery day/address/notes after placing my order?
All changes to an order must be made a minimum of 48 hours prior to your originally selected delivery day. You can contact us here.
How much does delivery cost?
Christchurch Delivery
For our Christchurch locals, we work with iDeliver to deliver your orders. iDeliver covers a wide area across Canterbury, delivering as far north as Omihi and as far south as Timaru, Temuka, Ashburton, Geraldine, Mayfield, and Methven. Christchurch City: $10 per box (orders of 4 Days/36 Juices or more will be packed into two boxes)
Outer Christchurch & Canterbury: $13 per box
South Island Delivery
We work with NZ Couriers to deliver your juices fresh, chilled, and overnight.
Small Box (9x Juices / 1 Day Cleanse): $10
Medium Box (18x Juices / 2 Day Cleanse): $15
Large Box (27x Juices / 3 Day Cleanse): $20
Shipping fees for larger orders are calculated by the number of boxes needed.
(E.g. a 5 Day Cleanse needs 1x Medium Box + 1x Large Box = $35.)
North Island Delivery
Small Box (9x Juices / 1 Day Cleanse): $17
Medium Box (18x Juices / 2 Day Cleanse): $24
Large Box (27x Juices / 3 Day Cleanse): $35
Shipping fees for larger orders are calculated by the number of boxes needed.
(E.g. a 5 Day Cleanse needs 1x Medium Box + 1x Large Box = $59.)
A note about delivery costs:
We press your juices fresh to order and send them overnight using premium couriers, so they arrive cold, vibrant, and ready for you.
We actually charge less for delivery than it costs us, because we believe in making high-quality, organic juice as accessible as possible. Freshness is everything — and it's worth it.
Can I track my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking link on dispatch day, you will be able to see updates to your order once it has been picked up by our couriers after 4pm on dispatch day.
How many deliveries will I receive?
Most Juice Packs and Juice Cleanses are delivered in one shipment. 5 - 7 day cleanses are delivered in two shipments to ensure you have an ongoing supply of fresh juices.
We recommend starting your cleanse as soon as you receive your juices that your juices do not perish before you complete your cleanse.
