We deliver at all Alert Levels!

We've been classified as an essential business for health and well-being and are able to continue delivering our cold-pressed organic juices, juice cleanses, wellness shots and brand new meal boxes. 

Please keep in mind: 

  • We are following strict health and safety guidelines and implementing procedures around COVID-19 to ensure our products, employees, customers and community are kept safe.
  • For areas in Level 3 & 4, we are only able to offer delivery to your urban residential addresses. To check that your address is within an urban residential delivery zone please visit NZ Courier's website. All areas in Level 2 and under can receive deliveries to urban and business addresses as normal.
  • Our cut off times are even more important for us to be able to deliver your cold-press goodness, order cut off for Wednesday delivery is midnight Sunday and order cut off for Friday delivery is midnight Tuesday.
  • For customers in Level 3, NZ Couriers has advised that delivery delays may occur. We recommend selecting Wednesday delivery to allow 2 working days buffer should your delivery be delayed.


When is the order cut off for a delivery day?

For Wednesday delivery, orders close midnight Sunday. For Friday delivery, orders close midnight Tuesday. We make our offerings to order and we need to receive orders at least 2 days in advance to allow us enough time to order the organic produce, press your juices and pack your order prior to dispatch. 


When can I expect delivery?

Our delivery days are Wednesday and Friday. Deliveries can take place up until 8.00pm on your expected delivery day. Use the calendar at checkout to select your prefered delivery date. We use premium overnight courier New Zealand wide to ensure you receive the freshest juices possible. 

Can I pick up my order?

If you are a Christchurch local, you can pick up your order free of charge from our Sydenham juicery at 58 Hawdon Street. Your juices and eats will be available for pick up on Tuesdays and Thursdays (the day prior to your selected ‘delivery’ date in checkout). Please select Juicery Pick Up under Shipping Information in checkout. You can pick up your order anytime between 9.00am - 3.00pm.


Do you deliver rurally?

We deliver to all locations New Zealand wide, except rural addresses. We use premium overnight delivery and unfortunately, this is not available to rural addresses. If you're rural, please choose an alternative urban address (e.g. a friends/family address, or work address) or alternatively, your order can be delivered to your nearest NZ Courier depot. Can I have my order delivered on a day other than Wednesday or Friday?

We currently only offer delivery on Wednesday and Fridays and unfortunately, cannot offer alternative delivery days. We are a small family owned and operated juicery and eatery, where we hand craft our orders twice per week, and dispatch the day prior to your selected delivery day.


Can I change my delivery day/address/notes after placing my order? 

All changes to an order must be made a minimum of 48 hours prior to your originally selected delivery day. You can contact us here.

How much does delivery cost?

For Christchurch delivery, we work with iDeliver who offer a flat fee of $6.99 for delivery. 

For customers outside of the Christchurch region, our Cleanses and Juice Packs are a flat rate of $10.00 per cleanse or juice pack. For example: 1 day/1 pack = $10.00, 2 days/2 packs = $20.00, 3 days/3 packs = $30.00. 

This is a discounted rate from what we are charged for using a premium overnight courier service. We take the hit as this gives you accessibility to our true wellness!

Eatery orders are a flat delivery fee of $6.99 within Christchurch or free delivery if you spend over $100. Delivery is a flat rate of $10 to the South Island.


Can I track my order?

You will receive an email with a tracking link on dispatch day, you will be able to see updates to your order once it has been picked up by our couriers after 4pm on dispatch day.

How many deliveries will I receive?

All Juice Packs and 1 - 4 day Juice Cleanses are delivered in one shipment. If you want to cleanse for more than 4 days consecutively, please place an additional order for the following delivery day. This will ensure you have a fresh supply of juices arriving.
